Terms for using BiasLens Trader

These Terms of Service govern your use of BiasLens Trader, a service operated by LivEdge Networks Private Limited, Mumbai, India. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Service Description

BiasLens provides trading journaling tools, imported trade views, reflective workflows, educational stories, quizzes, and AI-assisted story and comic generation. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

No Investment Advice

BiasLens is an educational and self-reflection tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or financial advice. Any insights, summaries, patterns, stories, or generated content are informational only and should not be relied on as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument.

Broker Integrations and Third Parties

If you connect third-party brokers or services, you authorize us to receive and process the data needed to operate BiasLens. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their systems or availability.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, notes, and other content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the service. This includes generating stories, images, and anonymized shared experiences based on your content.

Shared Stories and Anonymization

BiasLens may display stories derived from user data to other users in anonymized form. While we intend to remove direct personal identifiers and use generic character names, you are responsible for avoiding submission of confidential or personally identifying information that you do not want reflected in generated outputs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the platform in violation of applicable law or regulation.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated stories, labels, visuals, and summaries may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or inappropriate in some cases. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in any decision-making process.

Intellectual Property

The BiasLens service, including its software, branding, interface, and original content, is owned by LivEdge Networks Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users or the platform, or if continued operation of your account is not feasible or lawful.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivEdge Networks Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-based damages arising from or related to your use of BiasLens.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the service or these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
